Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping:

All purchases are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless requested otherwise. All US shipping addresses are charged a $6.00 flat rate fee. All domestic purchases are given a tracking number for shoppers to be able to track their package’s delivery date in an email. 5-7 business days is the shipping and processing time, unless it’s a custom order. Custom orders will run in 4-10 weeks. Not including holidays. We are closed Sundays and start processing weekend orders on Monday in the order that they were received.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Flyin A Custom Leather and Silver is NOT liable for USPS First Class Mail packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund. USPS Priority packages are insured up to $100 if lost or stolen. If you have an issue with a lost or stolen package you must call your local post office and file a claim or go to USPS.gov to file your claim. WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS

Returns are only accepted on a case-by-case basis. If your custom order was made incorrectly of previously agreed on terms it must be submitted within 15 days of the shipping date. Please send an email to flyinaleather@hotmail.com if you have any issues with your order.
